Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal preferences, skin reactions, or change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the product has been opened or used.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll gladly review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue
